Or “do you find it difficult to develop friendships and maintain positive relations?” “Do you experience sadness and loneliness?” “If so, come talk with me!” I am excited to work collaboratively with you on your journey to identify solutions to anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-confidence, relationship issues, and emotional dysfunction concerns; to develop coping strategies to build resilience to loss, grief, trauma, burnout, and daily activities. I will help you find meaning and purpose to live authentically as you develop confidence and improve your self-esteem.
I truly believe that there is a positive and enduring spirit in all of us and if that spirit is dormant, it can be reignited; if silenced, it can get its voice back; and if damaged, it can be restored. Let’s do this together!

With the ups and downs of life sometimes we fall off-track and need a bit of help getting back up. Whether we get stuck in a funk, experience the pain of loss, or life transitions just seem too much. I’m here to meet you where you are and together cultivate a safe space where you can feel seen and heard.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and unique to you. I draw from mindfulness informed cognitive therapies (ACT, DBT, and MBCT), emotion focused, and somatic experiencing.
