Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy

We provide individual therapy that is tailored towards your individual needs. Brief or long-term therapy is available to achieve your goals and develop effective strategies to meet your needs. We provide a space for self-reflection, to be heard, understood, and to build on your strengths. We are here to support you as you walk through feelings of discomfort and find your oasis.

Family Counselling/Psychotherapy

A therapeutic space for each family member to address concerns, engage in open communication and develop goals. This space is for parents, children, or extended family members to discuss a difficult experience, a major life transition, mental health challenges or parent-child issues.

Or “do you find it difficult to develop friendships and maintain positive relations?” “Do you experience sadness and loneliness?” “If so, come talk with me!” I am excited to work collaboratively with you on your journey to identify solutions to anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-confidence, relationship issues, and emotional dysfunction concerns; to develop coping strategies to build resilience to loss, grief, trauma, burnout, and daily activities. I will help you find meaning and purpose to live authentically as you develop confidence and improve your self-esteem.

With the ups and downs of life sometimes we fall off-track and need a bit of help getting back up. Whether we get stuck in a funk, experience the pain of loss, or life transitions just seem too much. I’m here to meet you where you are and together cultivate a safe space where you can feel seen and heard.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and unique to you. I draw from mindfulness informed cognitive therapies (ACT, DBT, and MBCT), emotion focused, and somatic experiencing. Together, we’ll explore and unpack the life experiences that brought you to therapy. My goal is to alleviate some of that stress while getting to understand the authentic you.

I would be honoured to be a part of your journey.
